Master your Mind, to Master your Body

Have you ever wondered why no matter how much you change your diet, and take that weekly exercise class, even though you see some short- term change, it never really lasts?

Do you struggle to achieve the desired outcome for your weight and confidence?

It’s because you are not manifesting your ideal body and fitness through the mental mind.

When you have clarity on what it is that you want, and who it is that you want to become, it makes it much easier to fill in the gaps.

Health transformation isn’t just about the diet, and the lifestyle, it’s about the inner feelings and emotions that the subconscious is still identifying with.

So if you feel shame around food based on the childhood bullying you experienced, or feel the need to hold onto body weight to help you feel safe, it will be incredible challenging for your body to adjust into the new.

There are phases along every path of transformation, and in my practice, before you can create the new, you have to address the old. For my friends who know in Vedic language, Goddess Kali has to emerge before Lakshmi can set the flow of prosperity and increase.

Life is too short to not feel good about yourself.

For women who are here on a greater mission, and want to create new worlds here, there simply is not enough time to deal with short- lived change, temporary yo-yo diets. It is a waste of energy and time in my opinion.

Lifelong transformation is what I prescribe so that your focus can be spent on greater things.
