How (Vedic) Fasting can Elevate your Consciousness and Strengthen your Chakras

Isn’t life so wonderful and so wonderfully interconnected? We are forever connected to Mother Earth, the wider Universe, each other, and the Planets around us.

In fact, we can locate planetary connections to our main Chakras, organs, our body parts, and our hands. This is why I recommend wearing gemstones to work with the frequency of the planets to bring back the balance and harmonisation in the body, in other words,- to energy correct imbalances.

In addition to this, each day of the week, every hour of the day, and every number (including your life path numbers) are connected to a planetary aspect, ( I look at all of these aspects along a client journey as it’s important for me to coach them through their greatest aspects to make the most of the energies for transformation).

Vedic fasting on particular days of the week, and during planetary transitions play a significant role in energising the chakra points in the body. I have always been a huge advocate of fasting, to cleanse and detoxify the body and the mind.

The problem I encounter mostly at the start of my journey with a new client, is the lack of discipline for eating, sometimes addictions, and an lower mental control - where overactive negative thinking rules the energy of the person.

This lack of discipline then rules the words, the actions, and the emotions of a person.

When you’re not living consciously, you’re living unconsciously.

Do you find yourself mindlessly eating at times of high stress? or happy times?

Do you find it difficult to stop at the one biscuit and feel the need to finish the entire packet!?

Do you lose your temper very quickly and find yourself losing control, then regretting your choice of actions?

These are habits that take over when you the inner power/ the core is weak.

As a conscious woman in her highest power, there are greater levels of self- introspection and peace that are prominent after having done the transformative work, and this partially comes from exercising that muscle through methods of fasting. The fasting can look like saltless foods, no grains, no processed foods - this enables the body to take a break and eliminate the old toxins and old habits.

From a mental perspective, resisting the temptations that are always around us, builds inner confidence, of being able to control hunger, which strengthens your connection to the Divine, as it takes you into a different consciousness state, enhancing your skills for problem-solving.

Have you ever done something that you thought would’ve been really difficult, only having found that you managed to accomplish it? Do you remember the feeling of achievement and accomplishment from that? Yes - that is the sweet spot that I am talking about that builds the confidence in a woman.

I typically love to fast 2-3 days a week, and increase these days when there is a particular powerful event in the Vedic calendar.

I hope you enjoyed this week’s soul reading. Please do email to info@theconsciouswellbeingcompany.com if you would love to chat, or have any questions.
